Mindfulness App for Children

Company

MM is a wellness startup incubated in Denmark, developing a breathing device and mobile app to help children (with parent support) manage anxiety and emotional regulation.

The Challenge

How might we help children practice calming techniques through a playful, parent-supported app?

My Role

Defined and prototyped core app features including check-in, activity flow, and rewards system. Delivered UI concepts, flows, and a user testing kit.

Impact

Enabled the founder to move from vague ideas to a concrete MVP vision. The prototype was used to collect early user feedback and evaluate product-market fit.

Process

Facilitated a kick-off workshop with the founder to map likely user journeys.
Defined MVP scope based on user context and device integration goals.
Sketched and iterated on ideas.
